By accessing or using Reseller's Pro, including resellerspro.com and resellerspro.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.
Reseller's Pro provides reseller-focused tools for inventory tracking, order imports, bookkeeping, analytics, reports, exports, AI-powered insights, and related business workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, import, or enter.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans may include a free trial period. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize applicable recurring charges until canceled. Prices, plan features, and billing terms may change, but changes will not affect amounts already charged.
You may cancel your subscription according to the options available in the application or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account data. Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of the business data you upload or create in Reseller's Pro. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that data as needed to provide the service, generate reports, synchronize data, and operate application features.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious code, abuse demo features, reverse engineer the application, scrape the service at scale, or use Reseller's Pro for unlawful activity.
Reseller's Pro may depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Google Analytics, and marketplace export files. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, pricing, data formats, or service changes.
Live demo data and free website calculators are provided for evaluation and educational purposes. Calculator outputs are estimates only and may not reflect actual marketplace fees, taxes, shipping costs, or business results.
We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Reseller's Pro, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, features, and workflows, is owned by Reseller's Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
